1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the PALs service (the “Service”) provided by the operator (the “Company”), defining the conditions and procedures of use as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user.
2. Definition of the Service
“Service” refers to the Company’s YouTube sponsorship decision-making SaaS, including channel data analysis, advertiser fit scoring, negotiation card generation, medical/beauty compliance review, and analysis-note management.
The Service is a decision-support analysis tool. Final judgment and responsibility rest with the user.
AI analysis output is provided for reference only and does not replace legal or medical advice.
3. Membership and Account Management
Membership is established when the user submits the registration form provided by the Company and agrees to these Terms.
The user must keep registration information accurate and up to date.
Users are responsible for managing their own credentials and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.
The Company may refuse registration or terminate the contract for impersonation, false information, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. User Obligations
Users may not: misuse third-party information; reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Service-derived information without prior written consent; transmit content that disrupts stable Service operation; violate applicable law, these Terms, or operating policies; or use the Service in a way that violates YouTube’s Terms of Service or Data API policies.
5. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with Korean privacy laws. Detailed practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Service Provision and Changes
The Service is provided 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or unavoidable technical reasons.
The Company may change the Service in part or in whole for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice.
7. Fees and Payment
The Company offers a free plan and paid plans (Plus, Pro, Enterprise). Plan details and prices are listed on the Pricing page.
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
Payments are processed via Toss Payments or Stripe. The Company does not store raw card data; processors handle PCI-DSS scope.
8. Refund Policy
Pursuant to Korean e-commerce consumer protection law, full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the Service was not used.
If the Service has already been used, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period.
If the Service fails to operate due to a Company-side issue, unused time and outage hours are refunded proportionally.
Refund requests should be sent to admin@kfera.co.kr.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and trademarks within the Service belong to the Company.
User-generated content (analysis notes, comments) belongs to the user; the Company may use it within the scope of operating and promoting the Service.
Information obtained through the Service may not be shared, sold, or redistributed to third parties without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The Company is not liable for service disruption due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, blackouts, communication failures, etc.).
The Company is not liable for service issues caused by user fault.
AI outputs (rate estimates, negotiation cards, compliance reviews, etc.) are decision-support references; the Company assumes no legal liability for downstream business decisions.
The Company is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, contracts entered between users and third parties (advertisers, creators) via the Service.
11. Termination and Withdrawal
Users may withdraw at any time via in-service settings or by emailing the Company.
Upon withdrawal, personal data and analysis notes are deleted immediately; certain payment and tax records may be retained for the period required by law.
The Company may terminate the contract without prior notice if the user violates these Terms or applicable law.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
Where resolution is not reached, disputes shall be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
13. Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms in line with applicable law or operational needs. Notice will be provided in-service or by email at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes adverse to users).
Users who do not accept amended Terms may withdraw from the Service.
